Dr. Ronda Stevens has been at Wright Directions Family Services (WDFS) since 2015 and is in love with providing quality care to the children, families, and communities of the beautiful coastal areas of the southern Carolinas. Ronda has a decade of experience in psychological service rendering and management. She is a strong believer in the power of community collaboration, the responsibility of promoting positive childhood development for all, and the importance of doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
Ronda has a Bachelor’s in Sociology, a Master’s Degree in Psychology, and a Doctoral Degree in Psychology. She is certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and child and adolescent level of care utilization system assessment (CALOCUS)..
Ronda is also a combat veteran who proudly served her country after 9/11 in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electrician on the F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter jets. She is now a proud mother who thinks that her own life experiences and education have enriched her managerial skills at running effective therapeutic services that strengthen families and children. She loves to find creative, practical solutions to help people who have experienced past trauma, or, are currently dealing with everyday life stressors.
